Subscriptions and refundsApple bills Quizlock. Cancel in iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds go through Apple.

Common fixes

An app I locked still opens. Open Quizlock once after installing so iOS finishes granting Screen Time access, then check the app is ticked in your locked list.

Questions are taking a while to appear. A new topic is written in the background and the first ten questions usually land within a couple of minutes. If a topic shows Try again, tap it.

I deleted the app and my topics are gone. Sign in with the same Apple ID and they come back. Your library lives on our servers, your Screen Time settings do not.

I want my data deleted. In the app, open Settings and choose delete account. That removes everything we hold about you.
